Rental Packages & Pricing
We offer customized booking options so you can reserve the space for exactly as long as you need, simply fill out the booking form below and we will contact you with next steps and pricing. We offer chairs and tables as a package add on.
*Pro Tip: For an additional $250, add our Table & Chair Package. We’ll handle the entire setup and takedown of the tables and chairs, leaving you more time to focus on your guests.
*A 20% deposit is required to reserve your date, this will be put towards the total of the booking.

what you need to know
You are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. If you would like to cater food, Sweet Caroline’s is next door and available to cater for your event.
All we ask is that trash and leftover food / drinks are cleaned up and thrown away before your departure.
To ensure a safe and responsible environment for all guests, customers must meet the following requirements:
- A signed event waiver is required prior to your reservation
- The client must provide their own event insurance
- Must include Liquor Coverage if you plan to have alcohol
- If alcohol is present at the event, we require a licensed bartender to serve all alcoholic beverages.

Explore the
Equestrian Center
We will be opening three full-sized equestrian arenas for performance horse events. Two of these arenas will be outdoor and the third will be a covered arena. Associations, groups, organizations, and individuals are welcome to book these arenas for their events.
